Beautiful

This is not your average dinner plate. Thyme and table made a really beautiful piece of tableware. I intend to use it as a centerpiece for fruit, pastries, or even a cake platter. It is quite heavy, and beautifully glazed in a swirly design. But subtle, not garish. It has a tiny flaw, a raised dot near the middle. But I can overlook it. If I were buying a whole set, I would carefully inspect each item, to avoid any flaws, but for my purpose this dish is fine. I particularly like the raised rim. Nice plate!

So Elegant and Sturdy!

The Thyme & Table Grey Marble Stoneware Dinner Plate is very elegant and sturdy. It is possibly one of the nicest plates that I have ever owned. I am constantly changing dinnerware because they tend to get scratched. This one however, is a very sturdy one. The dinner plate is a little heavy as well and built to last. It is very nice and fancy. You can use it as an elegant dinner plate but you can also use it for a rustic look depending on how you'd decorate your house. In my opinion, this is an elegant plate because of the beautiful patterns that are on it. The size of the diner plate is 10.4 IN Diameter x 1.2 IN in height (26.4 CM x 3.1 CM). The dinner plate is made of durable stoneware which is why in my opinion, is built to last. You can use the dinner plate for many things. For example, you can eat steak and rice, chicken, pasta (although they have pasta plates), etc. It is an overall great dinner plate to have. A few great features that the dinner plate has that I love are that it is microwave safe and dishwasher safe. Not many plates are safe for both things but this one is. The colors on the dinner plate are White with Grey swirls. Its more of a marble looking color. It is a very nice looking dinner plate that Thyme & Table have come out with. I plan on purchasing more dinnerware from this brand. It is also very easy to clean. I didn't have to scrub the food off. I only had to wipe it off with the sponge. I couldn't believe how easily the dinner plate was too clean. I love the dinner plate and I hope to see more in different colors by this brand.
