This require to provide a photo of the damaged parcel before open it, so please take directly a photo if you will receive a damaged parcel (before open it). If you are not interested for a refund, we send you a totally new item and cover any costs for you. We do not accept returns for custom orders or for wrong measurements by your side or for choosing the wrong finish.   • The lights that we make are mostly hard wired and we recommend the installation of a certified electrician. Light bulbs are not included but you can ask to assist you in sourcing the appropriate bulb(s). We recommend you to use ONLY LED light bulbs.
