I love, love, love this cutting board! This is my second and I paid more for the first one. I only order this one because someone in my family (no one owned up to it) drop the first. So I noticed a cracker in area and by the time I order it gained three more in the black outer catch tray. I love that you can discard food or scraps into bottom tray. and the cutting board is restaurant quality! I still use the original cutting board with new tray. The Best !!!!!
