This double rod in polished nickel is sturdy as well as handsome. It is fairly easy to install but the second rod needs to be purchased separately, which is annoying. Looks great up in the room and strong enough to hold 2 curtains.

Cute and effective double curtain rod

I bought this product to be able to hang blackout curtains on the interior rod to be closed at night, while maintaining the outer rod to hang my decorative curtains. The item is easy to install, looks good and works great for my purposes. My only complaint is that since I used it on one of my bigger windows and had to use a combination of the supplied rods, that if I am not careful how I pull the blackout curtains, it can separate the rod insert from the outer posts.
