Zero stars. This seller is advertising new items yet sending clearly used items. I have to return this item (now my 5th and last). See photos. I ordered a similar item from this seller (the green 3 in 1 weed eater without wheels) but received a used item. I requested a replacement, but received a used item again. Reported it to Walmart %26 provided photos. Received apologies from Walmart %26 Walmart reached out to seller for me. I was assured by Walmart that I'd receive a new item, as ordered, in my 2nd replacement request (would be 3rd item they send me) and the seller would contact me regarding receiving used items. The replacement (now 3rd item) was also clearly used and seller has yet to respond. I decided to return all 3 and try a different item (this red 3 in 1 version that has wheels). The first item I received was USED. Once again, report to Walmart %26 request replacement %26 to receive a NEW item. I also emailed the seller to inform them that I received 4 used items %26 to only send me a new item. Walmart rep confirmed that nowhere in any of these does it advertise the items to be used. I received the replacement yesterday and it was used like the previous 4 items. That's 5 items from this seller, ALL were used. There is no original manufacturer's packaging, just the Walmart shipping box and each item sent to me showed evidence of use (dirty, marks, scrapes, etc.). I attached photos of this item and the green version of this item (version without wheels) to show you they were obviously used. Unacceptable! I do NOT recommend this deceitful and untrustworthy seller.
