Imprint is too High

I ordered two of these, one for my husband and one for my son. The quality of the hoodie and the printing is great. The location of the imprint is way too high and sits just below the neck of the shirt instead of a few inches lower so the controller goes across the upper chest, almost at the collar bone, instead of the chest/breast.
