I own six of these frames no real issues. Besides the back little tiles popping off use a little too much force but another terms. They are very good quality product for very cheap and they look absolutely beautiful.

It was a nice frame, however, the hanging mechanism was just punched into the back of the cardboard and not attached to the frame, so within a minute of hanging it, the hanger pulled out from the cardboard and the frame hit the floor and both the frame and the plastic glass broke.
