I was taking care of my father for almost 20 yrs,, Alzheimer's. Not easy,,, but I THANK GOD that I have these- and the other Tranquility diapers. They saved a lot of laundry and his skin never had a sore in all the years. I also used the Tranquility Overnight pads. Now,,, I am 70 and I use the very same things. DONT SHOP- just get the Tranquility products.
