Good Quality

Have to adjust to the little bit higher angle of this new one compared to my very old and lower wrist guard I had for years. Like breaking in a new pair of shoes, but I think it is actually better on my wrists as I'm online a lot. It is also wider than my old one, so there are about 3 inches on either side that extend beyond the width of my keyboard. That actually is good too because I now don't need a mouse pad. Like it overall.

ergonomic wrist rest

The Kensington wrist rest is adequate for reducing carpal tunnel syndrome. the item is in one piece, and thus a little awkward to use, but it provides the padding needed.
