excellent bakeware

Be sure to put a parchment round in the bottom after you've greased the pan (and floured, depending on the recipe) and you'll have easy release even without non-stick coating! Have already baked two different cakes - even baking! Goodbye domed cakes and crusty edges.

This is an excellent pan, one that's usually kind of hard to find in stores. The straight sides make it a must for real cake baking! It does get darker in the dishwasher, though, so handwash if you want to keep the silver coloring.
