this worked for removing build up of scented laundry detergent and fabric softeners. I used it in a basin to handwash items with scented laundry products. For best results let it soak for a bit. I also used it in shared laundry machines to help with removal of scented detergents although it was not as effective as soaking and handwashing the item.

If I could give a ZERO I would. This company is HORRIBLE in response time and dealing with them through Walmart.com. They seem to be a foreign company and I wish that Walmart would have vetted them better. I will likely not buy from Walmart.com again because the process has been so slow and unresponsive.
