Works great for me.
I was very skeptical about ordering this ankle massage heater, because of some bad reviews. I have an ankle Achilles injury and though well, I can return it. I will not be returning it unless it fails working or something. It is a great little massager and heater. The design even lets me loosen and the ghten it for the amount of compression I want. It is cordless so I am not tethered to a wall while using it. It heats very well and has 5 levels of heat and off with no heat. I only use the second highest (45). It also runs for 30 minutes and stops automatically. It pulsates the massage and there are 3 levels with an option to turn off with no massage. It is small and looks exactly like the pictures show. It only heats and massages at or behind the ankle bone and across the Achilles area there. It does no operations across the front of it, but this is where I wanted it anyway. I also found that if I flip it over the heat and massage will go across the spot where my plantar fascitis is bothersome. Win Win. It is small so the battery charging capacity is limited. I have found no issues with it lasting the entire 30 minutes. I just plug it in after each use. It uses a regular USB to C cable.
