This is a three ply pan without the cheaper welded on bottom. It is made in China, but higher quality than many. One underrated feature is the lip stouthearted edge that facilitates pouring without dribbling gravy down the side of your pan. This is a high value saucepan with the construction and features of much more expensive pans.
