Not true to size

I have three other dearfoams, two were purchased at Costco and one was shipped by a Walmart seller. They all have the identical fit. These black dearfoams, my fourth pair, were sized way off. They are about 3/4 inches longer than the others and the top of the slipper is so snug that I could not walk in them without extreme pain. I returned them.
