These vitamins seem to do exactly what daily vitamins are supposed to do, I have been taking them for over 2 years and my health is good. They are large pills but rather easy to swallow. Never really tasted one just swallow it and it doesn't seem to give me gas or anything like some of the ones I took before I started the Swisse brand.

I'm a little over the age of 50, okay 20+ years over 50 and I can feel the difference between what I had been taking, Centrum and the Swisse brand vitamins. Overall I feel better with a more energy. Now if it could only help grow some hair on my head...

I bought these vitamins for my father because he had tried a few others and they did not seem to help at all. In the month since he's taken them, he has more energy, his processing speed and short term memory have improved and he has more stamina throughout the day.
