Ā½ tablet (2.5 mg) once daily in the evening may be appropriate for less severe symptoms. Children 6- 11 years of age: Take Ā½ tablet (2.5 mg) once daily in the evening. Do not take more than Ā½ tablet (2.5 mg) in 24 hours. Children under 6 years of age: Do not use. Consumers with kidney disease: Do not use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Xyzal is a game changer for my seasonal allergies. It kicks in fast and really does last 24 hours. I take it at night and wake up with no sneezing or itchy eyes. It made me a little drowsy at first, but that went away quickly. A bit more expensive than other options, but worth it for the consistent relief.

Works great but with drowsiness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm new to having to use allergy medicine for seasonal allergies, but this worked really well. I had a flare up and took this before bed and it helped tremendously. I woke up without any symptoms. The only caution I have to give is to make sure you take it at night as it makes you very drowsy. I typically wake up by 7/7:30 and the morning I took this I slept until 9:30! It knocked me out, so take it when you can get plenty of rest. I felt a bit groggy in the morning too, but it quickly went away once I was up and moving around. Great product to relieve allergy symptoms! I will continue to use it for sure.
