Just what I needed

These skewers are stout enough to remain straight when fully loaded. The holders keep everything right above the grills and allows the skewers to remain in the position they are turned. I find that they make cooking kabobs a much easier process. They clean up pretty easy though rubbing the holders with a high heat cooking oil would probably make clean up even better. If you like cooking kabobs or skewered meat these are for you.
