ROLLER BAG does not ROLL

The bag is beautiful. It is roomy and has plenty of storage space. However.... YOU CAN'T ROLL IT! I have had it one day and when rolling it it was making a clicking sound. I look at the wheels and one wheel had literally been worn flat on one side. There is no way to replace the wheels. For the price I spent I figured it would be a bit better... apparently not.
