Construction Process of Embossed Floor
The formwork erection, paving, vibrating, grouting, and leveling shall be completed according to the construction procedures of pavement concrete.
Before the initial setting of the concrete surface, use a large magnesium alloy spatula to smooth the concrete surface.
Use special magnesium alloy edge finishing plaster to finish edges and corners as required.
Spread the colored reinforcement evenly on the concrete surface two times, the first time spreading 2/3 of the standard amount (3kg/6.6lbs per square meter), and the second time spreading the remaining 1/3.
Every time the color reinforcement is sprayed, the magnesium alloy trowel shall be used for leveling and polishing after the color reinforcement is wet so that the color reinforcement can completely cover the concrete surface.
After the initial setting of the color strengthening material, when the surface is dry and there is no obvious moisture, evenly sprinkle the coating powder on the surface, and the standard dosage per square meter is 0.15kg/0.33lbs.
Press the die alternately and progressively. The die shall be formed once to avoid repeated stamping.
Brush the floor surface evenly three days after the completion of the die. A small amount of detergent can be added during cleaning. Cut the expansion joint in time before cleaning.
After the floor surface is completely dry, it must be sprayed with color art floor protective agent, the standard dosage is 0.15kg/0.33lbs per square meter. The protective agent can spray with a roller brush or spray barrel.
