Wrong one TWICE

I'm the dummy that ordered twice thinking the 1st time was a shipping mistake. It obviously says it has a 3 TB hard drive however the set I paid $200 for DOES NOT COME WITH A HARD DRIVE! The worst part is look at the NVR 300w (which is what I KEEP getting) is a little over $100 so almost half of what I paid. I will say I have been emailing this sellers email address and they are quick to respond not much help but trying I think. the 1st return was very quick. This is either the worst shipping mistake or absolute false advertisement. If they make it right and I get the hard drive or if anything other then ANOTHER return happens I will update this review.
