Warranty information
Sublimation Rock Slate Warranty Sublimation rock slate is a durable, long-lasting product resistant to fading, chipping, and cracking. However, like all-natural stone products, it is not indestructible and can be damaged if not correctly cared for. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of sublimation rock slate products for one year from the date of purchase. If a product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by: • Improper installation • Abuse or neglect • Exposure to extreme weather conditions • Use of harsh chemicals or cleaning agents • Acts of God We recommend that you follow the care instructions provided with your sublimation rock slate product to ensure that it lasts for many years.
