Nice but not durable

The purse set is nice, a little smaller than it looks, but it's attractive. The problem that I have is, the handles are ripping off of the purse itself. It had a long strap to wear as a shoulder bag, which I used it for, until one of the straps, the connection ripped right off. Bummer. But it also has the two Hansel's to pack it around. I thought ok. I used it like that until just recently . I noticed that all four of the connections on the purse are ripping off. I'm really bummed out about it. I'll add pictures
