Shirt or no shirt? May pinch under armpit without so I wear with. Two step instructions, but I have to do in revers for better fit and one handed use on right shoulder, opposite of ad. But once fit, great support. I have a torn tendon and it helps with the pain.

Its a brace so its not comfortable, however it keeps your shoulder immobile which it is supposed to do. It has great adjustment features so you do forget your wearing it. I thought it would hinder the lower arm movement but it doesn't so you can still type or do the dishes. Driving was a bit more challenging though, I hurt my left shoulder so I used the immobile arm to hold the wheel and my right arm made the stering movements. The chest/back strap is long so it should fit any size. I had no issues sleeping with it on.
