It's real, and it's good

I was surprised at how well this works! I love the shelf-life because my family seems to eat fresh eggs so quickly that I often find myself wanting to bake something, but no eggs! The egg white powder is convenient, easy and dependable. I love that it is REAL egg whites, and not an egg-white "substitute". I found I can use 2 TBS if the recipe calls for one whole egg.

Pricey, but worth it.

My son loves egg whites but buying whole eggs was not cost savvy since I ended up wasting a lot of egg. I like this product because it's real egg whites in powder form so the product is shelf stable and the instructions are easy to follow. I figured out that the best way for me to use it was by mixing product as instructed, but letting it sit overnight in the refrigerator. This made the consistency of the cooked egg whites closer to normal egg whites.
