Doing the abbey young method, I apply this to my ends and leave it for at least 30 minutes before washing. The point is to protect your ends when you shampoo. It’s helped my fine hair during washing (and during winter) tremendously. DO NOT APPLY TO ROOTS. But if you have fine/dry hair, and you’re thinking of trying, for the price I think you should. It’s worked so great for me.
