This is such a heavy full metal bathroom fixture and everything just feels and looks so aesthetically pleasing. The instructions I received were all in Chinese though, so that does take a little extra work to figure out how everything works. Installation was fairly easy. It came with everything I needed to install. It looks so nice in my new bathroom. I especially like the waterfall option makes it a breeze for anyone washing shampoo and conditioner out of their hair. Overall, a fantastic product. Well worth the price
