Good chromium supplement
I began taking chromium picolinate years ago & discovered it absolutely does knock my sweet cravings. I notice a difference when I take it. I am still taking up my prior chromium I bought, but I believe this will be an excellent product when I take it because it is in a highly recommended form.

I use the nicotinate form of chromium because research studies have shown it to be better for maintaining healthy weight. For many years I used another brand of chromium polynicotinate that was quite a bit more expensive than Swanson brand.\n\nWhen switching to a less-expensive product, I am always alert for changes in my physical response. I am convinced this Swanson product is equal in every way to more expensive brands of chromium polynicotinate. Thanks, Swanson!
