It's just as good as people say!

It's a great controller! Arrived new. I have personal preference nitpicks, but the overall quality of the controller is great. It even arrived with the firmware already updated to the latest version. The adjustments in the App work well. The HE analog sticks feel nice and smooth, the tension adjustment works well, and in the median tension setting they have a strong centering similar to Xbox 360 controllers that some people who prefer more floaty gentle centering may not appreciate, but I love it. I don't notice any delay in responsiveness. Any delay that might possibly be there is made up for with just how precise aiming is with this controller. No sudden jumps in sensitivity, right out of the box with no customization it's consistent all across the travel of the stick. And for those who are worried that Hall Effects analog sticks will feel too floaty and imprecise... no worries here. They have the tactile feel of ALPS sticks with the same high precision with the 12bit processing option. My only grip is that with The buttons are responsive clickers and have a nice compromise with the membrane being placed between the mouse-click mechandsm, although my A button does have to be pressed down a tiny bit further. I've seen this complaint in other reviews. Back buttons are a little awkwardly placed, but not unusably so. Just took a little adjustment. They're great for people who worry about accidentally pressing them. Dpad feels niiiice. I haven't played a 2D platformer with it yet, but I don't think I'll have any problems despite it being circular style and not cross style. Bumpers are good. The triggers are amaaaazing. Soooo smooth. Soooo soooooo smooth lol. And the instant click mode is so satisfying. Perfect. Simply perfect. Rocket League, shooters, they have you covered. And something that I haven't seen mentioned... the Home 🏠 button on the controller functions the same as the Xbox Button on Windows, so it opens up Game Bar, which is wonderful! And the extra C and Z face buttons can be mapped to individual keyboard keys, so for example if you to use it to save a screenshot, you can map one to Windows Button and the other to Prnt Scrn and press them both at the same time to do the keyboard shortcut (works in Fortnite). My main gripe is that the form factor felt a little off in my hands. The Back and Menu buttons are a little to far from the center, the face buttons seem a little small and low (especially the B button), and the analog sticks feel just a little too high, compared to a stock xbob controller or a PowerA controller. And the analog stick buttons felt a tiny bit harder to press. But people with slightly bigger and stronger hands may not have any issues with these things. Also, I wish it used the Function button more for things like on the fly back button remapping and switching button mapping profiles. But that's not super necessary. Overall, I give it a 4.6/5 for those nitpicks, but I'm rounding it up to 5 stars because wow!
