Terrible Bravia 7 CASE #10418377

This television was the most expensive purchase I've ever made, and it's incredibly disappointing. After just seven months, the sound started cutting off for 3-5 seconds. A month later, the television completely shut down. I had to call the support center nine times over the course of two months to finally get the chips replaced. Now, just two weeks later, the television has begun shutting down again. I expect better from SONY—this is unacceptable. Please review case #10418377.
