Sunroom arrived a week early which was a plus. No damage. Weather and a gutter height issue delayed immediate assembly. Once completed with clearly labeled parts, it actually was easier than expected to install with a 2ft wide extention other than straight against a wall. However, the 4 roof vents did not prevent the room from being a sauna (100 degrees inside) and despite windows and all 3 doors wide open. (We plan to add wall fans and/or ceiling fan to hopefully alleviate this problem). More money. Overall, this structure is a good buy for 3 or 4 persons to install.
