Don't like the digital activation code with no instruction on activation . I get it that if it falls into the wrong hands but what am I to do? You can't get Microsoft on the phone so you are just stuck. Right now my laptop is not activated and have no instructions on what to do.

NO SUPPORT - SAD RESULTS!

It looked great when I received it. I needed help from HP to transfer my software and data from my old computer, but when I contacted HP they told me it would cost me $99 for that support. So I spent the entire day transferring my data and found my portable CD ROM to load my software. That's when the SSD drive failed and the computer stopped working. I tried 4 times to fix it, by using the recovery code, online help sites and finally gave up and will be returning the unit to Walmart. My pics show the screen at restart and then again 1 1/2 hours later. Will not load.
