This cabinet was easy to assemble, but it took me two hours to put in the two screws at the bottom front corners. They simply would not go in. There are two pieces of metal, with the smaller hole on the second piece, which is also thicker than the first piece. As I turned the screws, the first piece of metal would begin to separate from the second one because it was more flexible, and then the screws would bind because each piece of metal was on a different thread on the screw, instead of both being in the groove between the threads. I tried to use my vice grips to hold the metal pieces together, but there was no way to grab the metal pieces. I even tried disassembling the two pieces from the cabinet and putting them together by themselves, but still had the problem of the metal pieces separating. I finally used my power screwdriver and forced the screws through the thicker piece of metal by itself, which enlarged the smaller hole so that it would accept the screws. Then I backed out the screws, reassembled the two pieces on the cabinet, and put the screws through both pieces of metal. With the now-enlarged holes on the second pieces of metal, the screws went in just fine. I loaded the cabinet and then discovered the floor was not level, which caused the top of the right door to pop open. The magnet would not stay attached and the door was bowed out and torqued slightly. I had to unload the cabinet and put wedges and cardboard under it until it was completely level. Now that it's level, the doors open and close with no problems. It never occurred to me that my floor wouldn't be level, but I learned the hard way to use a level to make SURE the cabinet is level before you load the shelves. It's worth checking before you load it.

The cabinets were well packed and very minimal damages or scratches. Assembly was a 1 beer out of a 24 pack scale. It is easy and is sturdy enough for our needs in the garage.
