Great Scooter and Customer Service!

My son loves this scooter. He wants to ride it every day and usually does weather permitting. This scooter really goes, and he says it's plenty fast for him! One day, he dropped it, and it wouldn't go anymore with a red exclamation point in the display and brake light flashing on the rear. Thanks to the very responsive replies from Evercross, we were up and going again in no time. The problem ended up being the sensor under the brake lever and it just needed adjusting, just in case the same thing ever happens for you. See pic for location. I was really impressed by the responses back from Evercross. They really care about the customer!
