I'm 5'8” %26 the first pair I bought was a Sz 10 Short (which gives the cute, cropped look on me). They were quite large in the waist, so I had to use a belt. I didn't have a choice in sizing down; my particular store said they didn't carry the Scoop brand, so someone must have returned them to my store (lucky me).
