Flavor water

This doesn't actually contain any juice but it has 20 calories per pouch and 5 grams of sugar. It tastes kind of like a flavored water more than it tastes like a juice. This is good for kids. It's hydrating and it doesn't have a lot of sugar.

Great to keep in the classroom!

I always keep a few boxes in my classroom for kids who feel sick or hungry. It gives them a little sugar and ties them over. I also use them as cute snacks for my cheerleaders.
