The instructions were very vague and did not explain how to set it up. Other than that a few youtube vid3os later we got ice!!! It is loud when it dumps the ice but machine is quiet. We really like it and would purchase it again!!!

disappointed in the 150 lb com. coolski ice maker

The base of the unit is not sturday and it rocks while sitting on a glass table. does not make ice like advertised for a commercial ice maker at 80 lbs per 12 hour period, at best, in 65 deg temps. bin holds less than 20 lbs when left over night before shutoff. you would have to break up the ice and move it around to hold more. in a 12 hr period I made 4 bag at 12-14 lbs ea. other than that the unit is clean and make quality cubes just not fast. operation is all outomatic. turn on and wait for the cubes to fall.
