We liked it

I was nervous to try this, but it ended up working well for my child with ADHD that tends to not sleep well without melatonin. My husband even tried it since he works night shift and struggles to fall asleep at times, and he liked it too. No grogginess, just refreshed sleep. No waking up multiple times throughout the night either. *I received this product for free to review, but all opinions are my own.

My daughter loves these Biostime Kids Calm & Sleep Gummies. They help her wind down before bedtime. These gummies help her get to sleep and stay asleep. My daughter is much better rested in the mornings. She is picky about flavors, etc and likes these. I recommend these wholeheartedly.
