I had osteoporosis and took several calcium supplements prior to taking AlgaeCal. After a short time they gave me pains in my joints like the calcium was collecting there but in a negative way. This DID NOT happen with AlgaeCal And after 6 months on AlgaeCal and Strontium Boost my Dexa scan came up slightly but now I'm classified as "osteopenia" and NOT osteoporosis! So I'm going to continue using this forever I guess! Thank you AlgaeCal for keeping your promise!!!

It all makes sense now. Women who were taking rock-based calcium capsules were still getting osteopenia and worse. Clearly the calcium locked into the rock was not be released into the body due to the fact that it's just not absorbable. AlgaeCal is plant-based calcium. The human body is able to break it down and absorb it, and then use it! Of course. I wouldn't go a day without it.
