I love how simple it is to make a fresh gallon of cold brew coffee, the taste is spot on and smooth as silk. The only thing I don't care for is the sediment at the bottom of the jar. it's bitter and makes the the coffee slightly cloudy at the bottom. Overall I would definitely purchase this again!
