A bit squeaky but wonderful roller
This helped immensely with my feet pain. It does make a squeaky noise while using but it doesn't bother me much. I started having severe pain on the heels and the arches of my feet from about a year, to the point where I would just have to tippy toe around even if I am at a store, as I couldn't put any weight on my heels or arches, and sometimes the pain got so bad that I couldn't sleep. A friend suggested I try a foot roller recently, ordered this on Walmart the same day, received it within couple of days surprisingly. I have had minimal to no pain since the day I started using this, and I am grateful for it.
