I received the box, upon opening and assembly there were 4 screws and 6 bolts in total missing, the directions given were for a regular adult bicycle and not the tricycle, upon almost complete installation, 5 hours later, the seat bar does not go into the frame due to a massive piece of welding inside the frame where the seat slides in. I'm having nothing but issues getting them to replace the frame itself or taking it back and it was just delivered yesterday, don't waste your money please!!!
