Works really well!
I've tried several different probiotics and this is my favorite so far. I've struggled with digestive issues for a long time and started these following an elimination diet. After a few months I'm doing better than I have in a long time. Definitely would recommend!

Will keep ordering
This is my trusted pre- and probiotic as it has both this in one. I keep the bottle in the fridge just to be sure. I feel that it supports my overall digestion, I can tell when I don't take them. I'm looking into making coconut yogurt with probiotics so I will give these a try soon.
