Product performance
Gold finger tape is made of polyimide film as the substrate coated with high temperature resistant silica gel, the color is brown (amber), gold finger tape has good viscosity, good adhesion, high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, no tin penetration, no residual glue, the product has excellent electrical properties:
Short-term temperature resistance 150℃, long-term temperature resistance 180℃;
High insulation, high temperature, low temperature, acid and alkali resistance, low electrolysis, good mechanical properties, friction resistance, tear resistance;
