Pittman Outdoors 16” Ultimate Fabric Queen Air Mattress with built in Rechargeable Battery Air Pump is ideal for outdoor camping or Premium Home Air Mattress. For those times when beds are in short supply, this mattress is inflatable in just 3 minutes. Its flocked-top comfort system helps distribute weight evenly, and its 16" height gives it the luxurious lift of an actual bed. Designed for convenience and comfort, this air bed is easy to inflate and deflate with the built in pump. The Built-in, pump has a portable rechargeable battery. The portable rechargeable battery initial use should be charged for 10 hours using AC charger (Home Charger). To take it for an outdoor event simply import the portable rechargeable battery in the built-in pump and turn the knob for maximum convenience. A carry bag is included to make travel and storage easy. Pittman Queen Airbed Mattress folds compactly after use to fit nicely into the stylish bag. The Pittman Queen Airbed Mattress is the size of a traditional queen-sized bed, so fitted sheets work great and you can use the bedspread you already own. Additionally, the bed is raised 16 inches from the ground, making it easy to get in and out of. The soft, flocked top makes for a comfy sleeping surface, ensuring a cozy outdoors night’s sleep, every night. It’s made of durable vinyl so it’s waterproof, making it suitable for camping. Finally, the new horizontal beam construction provides a more consistent and sturdy sleeping surface.

30 day satisfaction guarantee factory assembled Air Mattress, if the product fails in normal use (with no abuse and no customer changes or modifications to the Air Mattress) within the first 30 days of ownership, then we will repair or replace it (at our option) at no charge to you except for your cost of shipping it to us. Foreign orders must pay shipping, handling, and any import or export related expenses for both directions of the shipment. No refunds will ever be given after 30 days from the original order date.
Pittman Outdoors Air Mattresses are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Problems covered by the warranty include failure of the pump, seams or the valve. Punctures or wear to the mattress due to use or abuse are not covered.
It is normal for an airbed that has been inflated for extended periods to require the addition of air after a few days. Air will be lost from the mattress through the material over time. Also, cooling of the air around the bed will cause the air inside the bed to contract, and the bed will be softer and may need refilling.
To receive a replacement air mattress under Pittman Products International’s One-year Warranty, you will need to:
All Returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA). Every package must be clearly marked with the RGA number. RGA numbers are good for 30 days from the date of issuance. Products returned without viewable RGA numbers will be refused. No returns on special order, clearance or discounted items. Returned product is subject to a 20% re-Box/Restocking fee. Products must be properly packed to prevent shipping damage. All returned product must be shipped pre-paid. The cost of transporting the product to Pittman Outdoors for warranty service/ replacement is the responsibility of the purchaser.

The nature of the problem with the mattress and the model number.
Your name, return shipping address and a daytime phone number.
Send us a copy of the original sales receipt.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of the initial retail purchase and is not transferable.
The purchase date on the receipt must be within 12 months.

Pittman Outdoors knows what they are doing!! This inflatable queen camping mattress puts the others to shame. It inflates and deflates easily, and you can feel the wonderful quality of the material. It holds two adults just fine, without any issues. 10/10 would buy again.
