Poor quality and pricey

Purchased two of these in May 2017, they finally arrived in July. Upon installation, the crystal stem fell off. Contacted Hudson Valley customer service who referred me back to Lamps Plus who did an amazing job of refunding my money. Do not support Hudson Valley products, poor quality, pricey and their customer service Department is worse than awful.

Beautiful but horrible quality

I purchased 4 of these. The crystal stem has to be assembled to the upper part of the fixture with 2 allen set screws that are on the back of the fixture. Upon opening the boxes one crystal stem was separated from the base that connects to the upper part of the fixture. One more broke off when trying to assemble the fixture. When I went to take the bulb out of it to pack it back up the entire socket broke off and came out with the bulb. I will not buy Hudson Valley fixtures again.

Don't purchase!

I purchased this same item off of a different site and the same thing happened to me. The crystal came off! Hudson Valley sent me a new damaged crystal. Do not purchase from Hudson Valley. They are the worst!!
