Graphic good, material thin and smell of dye

The sizing is off, order up a size. The 2x looks more like a large and the sleeves are small. Also there is an overwhelming smell of plastic or rubber or possibly dye. The graphic is actually very good. Just wish the material and sizing were right. It was for a gift, but will have to return and see if I can find elsewhere.
