Excellent!
I've taken this product before and I love it. I was concerned about shipping in the TX heat and it did arrive extremely warm. It was packaged in a plastic bag in the box which was in tact. ✅ I am seeing improvements in my skin quality as far as hydration and breakouts within a week of taking this daily. Admittedly taking more than the suggested amount during the first week to recover from an extended period of inadequate intake of omega 3s. This product seems to be effective despite the environmental conditions it may have endured along the way! By the way it also tastes SO good. Warm, room temperature, or my fav, cold - it tastes great no matter what! I'm taking in combo with a couple of other products so I can't contribute my benefits entirely to this product, however, I've worked in wellness consulting with clients on dietary supplement and have seen other individuals benefit from taking this product alone. Especially related to female hormone balancing and improvement in skin breakouts helping to clear acne and reduce inflammation. Highly recommend especially for vegans or individuals on restrictive diets that may not incorporate enough omega 3s.

Tastes amazing!
I've just started taking this, so I don't know if I am experiencing benefits from it just yet, but in time, I'm sure I will. I absolutely LOVE the taste of this. I couldn't believe how delicious it was the first time I tasted it. The taste and consistency is that of rich, chocolate syrup. I mix this in my protein shake and it gives it a boost of much needed flavor boost. I look forward to taking this every day!
