Was pretty alarmed with UAG the previous time I bought for my S9+ as it broke in less than a day or two. For something that's meant to protect my phone , it indeed scares me. However, UAG customer service was quick to rectify and refund. Probably the phone model was too old, therefore, the cases deteriorated. That being said, I decided to give UAG another chance. With apprehension, I bought this for my S25+. This time round, I was reminded of the reason for being a loyal UAG customer all these years. Indeed, good quality. Unlike its civilian model, this model have a good grip and protected my phone from falls. Good experience.

Hi, I do like the quality of the case, buttons are clicky and when I put my phone in any UAG case I feel safe with it. . I Know that because I smashed my S20FE with pathfinder case against the wall and my phone survived. . I am a long time user of your cases I used it on my Huawei P20, S23, S23 Ultra, S20FE and now on Galaxy S25+. . Cases that I used are Huawei P20 (Clear Patfinder) Samsung S20FE - Pathfinder Samsung S23 - Civilian and Camo Pathfinder Samsung S23 Ultra - Pylo, Civilian and Kevlar Monarch iPhone 14 - Civilian Case I still think that Civilian case if one of your best designs but older models not newer one. . I loved my Green Civilian with orange accent on S23 and S23 Ultra and Blue version on iPhone 14. . Also the new modeL of Civilian for S25+ with bio Materials doesnt do it for me, it feels weird in hand and it's very slipery. . Pathinder ASH for S25+ feels really nice in a hand sometimes the bio material gets to me but phone looks so "sexy" in the case, buttons are clicky and phone looks clean inside of the case. Magnets are strong. . Overall I would rate 9/10 when it comes to quality and feel of the case. I Know this was long review but I do like your cases and I hope you revert Civilian cases back to normal and please put out more colours for Civilian and other series
