Verified Purchase
The product was advertised as DoTERRA lavender essential oil. However, when I received package in 20 days, I got a bottle on which stated that it is lavender oil of unknown origin, no brand specifies. I did not open the bottle, so I am not sure what is inside. I do not need it and would like my money to be returned in full. When I tried to start a return process, I received a message that return would not be possible and an offer to pay 7$ to me as a compensation.
