I am 5'3, 110lbs, wear a 32 D bra and purchased the XS. the length is perfect for flats or a heel. the bust fit a bit snug, which acts like a bra. there are pockets and adjustable straps, which are a must for me. it can be dressed up down. the only con to this dress is ironing it...there is a lot of material.
